  • Can you represent me?
    - we can’t do this at Law Clinic however we can arrange for representation upon request so please contact us for further details
  • How are you different to the Citizen’s Advice Bureau (the CAB)?
    - the “CAB” is a Charity and whilst they are an excellent resource, they are not lawyers and they can only give guidance whereas Law Clinic offers you access to a wide range of legal guidance including templates to help you resolve your dispute. The aim of Law Clinic is to plug the gap between CAB and a law firm as our ethos is that most legal disputes can be resolved at an early stage and with our help, that should be possible for you.
  • Do I get a discount if I refer you to other people?
    - yes, we reward loyalty and if you successfully refer someone who becomes a customer, we are happy to offer you a discount - please contact us for further details.
  • What are the benefits of using Law Clinic compared to a law firm?
    - a low-cost option which allows you to access tutorials, template letters / court forms, and guidance. The benefits would be cost savings, saving time with your dispute, less stress and the benefits which come with that (better relationships, more money in your pocket for the essentials or the enjoyable things in life).
  • Why Law Clinic?
    We believe that many legal disputes can be resolved at an early stage and with the right tools, it should be possible for you to do this at low cost and without having to use a law firm. The resources have been prepared by qualified Solicitors and the website aims to make it easy to resolve your dispute quickly and easily with minimum fuss.
  • What if I am unhappy and I want a refund?
    - we take pride in our work and understand that if a customer is unhappy, we will strive to resolve the dispute which can mean a full refund, yes.
  • How do I access the Member’s Area?
    - simply click on “Member’s Area” on our landing page for the website and it will take you right there
  • Is your material up to date and do you use lawyers?
    - yes, we ensure that the information is updated regularly to ensure our customers have access to the current law. We use qualified Solicitors to ensure the accuracy of the information on the website so you can be assured that what you pay for is the most up to date material available.
  • Where can I find legal document templates?
    - our templates are available in the Member’s Area of the website. If you get stuck, our Chat Bot will help you find what you are looking for
  • Do I still need legal advice?
    - sometimes you will yes, if the dispute escalates and legal action is looking more likely. We can arrange for legal advice outside of Law Clinic. It is important to seek legal advice before court proceedings to assess the merits and risks of your case.
